  3. Client must present his/her NEW Lounge appointment receipt upon check in to be eligible for the discount.

  4. All bookings MUST be guaranteed at least 72 hours prior to arrival. 

  5. Booking may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival otherwise one (1) night penalty shall be charged.

  6. Inclusions must be redeemed only during the stay.
