THE NEW LOUNGE APPLICATION PROCESS

• Our lash specialist will conduct a 10-15 minute consultation to assess and recommend the most suitable eyelash design, size, length, and curl type for your eyes.

• Eyelash menu is presented for selection.

• Before the actual application, our lash specialist will place a clean towel on your forehead and hypoallergenic tapes on your lids to ensure that your eyes will be closed in the entire procedure.

• The eyelash application process typically takes 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on the number of your natural lashes.

• Our treatment does not hurt at all, feel free to enjoy a nap!

• Once done, our lash specialist will give you an eyelash brush (spoolie) for your lash extensions, and shall brief you with aftercare tips and maintenance.

• We recommend that you come back between 2-3 weeks for a touch up to keep your lashes looking full.

• Brush your lashes regularly.

• Avoid oil-based makeup and use oil-free makeup removers in cleaning your face.

• Use a clean mascara brush to separate your lashes after a shower.

• Avoid rubbing your eyes.

• Avoid sleeping with your face against the pillow.

• Avoid pulling on your lashes.

• Avoid using a lash curler.

• Avoid using mascara.

• Avoid steam and sweat.

• It is recommended to come back between 2-3 weeks for a touch up

• It is highly recommended to get a new set of lashes after 3 touch-ups to maintain the health of your original lashes and to make sure that your extensions are clean, fresh, and at their best.

• The overall appearance of your lash extensions also depends on the lifecycle of your original lashes, hair growth will show even if fall offs slowly occur.

• Use eyelash treatment products every now and then (eyelash shampoo, grower, and coating essence).

Yes! While we allow women in their last trimester to get their eyelash extensions, please remember that lying still for 1-2 hours might be uncomfortable. During the procedure, please inform your eyelash specialist if you need to adjust to your best position on the lounge chair.

Our glue is 100% safe. It does not damage your original lashes, and the best part is, it even helps your natural lashes grow.

Your lashes would normally last for 4-6 weeks, if given the proper care and maintenance. However, we recommend guests to have a regular touch up every 2-4 weeks in order to have them look on point. A new set of lashes is advisable every 3 months to avoid the growth of bacteria from the roots of your lash line.

Our regular and prestige branches offer different lash products. While there is similarity in terms of NEW Lounge’s designs and techniques, the eyelash extensions from the prestige lounges are more premium, offering longer and thicker lash hair. Moreover, our prestige line is the home of our top stylists & main educators.

Because of this, we cannot proceed to retouch those that had their lashes done from our regular lounges at our prestige lounges and vice versa.
